AntiquityComplete replaces the traditional BC/AD convention with a continuous xx-00-yy format to resolve the ‘Two Year Problem’—a timeline discrepancy where BC ticks mark the beginning of a year while AD ticks mark the end. By positioning half-year minor ticks within the major one-year ticks on either side of the 00 datum, this system eliminates the discrepancy and validates the use of 00.
